3. User Responsibilities

As a client of Stellar Technologies, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to deliver services.
Use our infrastructure and solutions only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials provided for your systems or accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

All scripts, tools, templates, and documentation created by Stellar Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary material without our written consent.

5. Payments

Service fees are agreed upon in advance and outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Any technical, business, or personal data shared with Stellar Technologies will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all costs and fees incurred up to the date of termination. Stellar Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the Terms are violated or payments remain overdue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
